Dental implant supported teeth performed in an hour or less from implant placement to permanent non-removable teeth. This procedure requires several prep appointments in your general dentist and our office prior to placement of implants and permanent teeth.

Full Denture Replacement
Except for a very few exceptions, implants placed in the lower jaw to replace a full removable denture are fitted with non-removable teeth the same day implants are placed. Depending on the availability of bone, implants placed to replace full upper jaw dentures may be fitted with non-removable implant supported teeth the same day implants are inserted.

Multiple Teeth Replacement
Placement of two or more implants to replace several missing teeth. In the case of adjacent missing teeth, fewer implants may be needed to replace all of them. Replacement teeth are placed in most of these cases the same day the implants are delivered.

Single Tooth Replacement
Placement of an implant in a missing tooth space or in a space of a tooth to be extracted. A high percentage of single implants can have a tooth placed the same day the procedure is performed.

Post Extraction Bone Preservation
Placement of a bone graft along with a biologic material to aid in the regeneration and preservation of bone of an extraction site. Procedure performed in preparation to replace the missing tooth with an implant.

Ridge Augmentation
Bone grafting procedure designed to increase the width and or height of alveolar bone to allow future placement of implants.

Sinus Augmentation
Bone graft to replace bone lost due to pneumatization (expansion) of the sinus cavity with the purpose of replacing missing teeth with implants.

Rigid Fixation Autogenous Graft
Large plate of bone obtained from the patient's lower jaw to be transplanted to an area of missing bone. Plate is secured (fixated) in place with mini-plates and screws.
